Nick Poh has been an active full time real estate consultant in the local property industry for the past 9 years. During the early stage of his career, he has been aggressively doing out-door sales that have make him achieved numerous top salesperson awards in local big companies like Dennis Wee Group and ERA Realty Network Pte Ltd. The sales experience prompt him to be well versed in the buying, selling and renting of different types of Singapore Properties, such as HDB, Condominiums, Landed and Commerical properties.

In the recent years of his real estate career, he concentrated on recruiting, training, motivating and managing of a sales team. In addition, he has experience in enbloc sales and new project marketing. At present, he is also supporting his agents in new projects, namely Cardiff Residence, East Village and 8 Bassein.

Nick is a senior sales director who is well-known in the real estate industry for his unselfishness and patience in imparting sales knowledge to agents.

Armed with a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science with Management, Nick also possess a Professional Diploma in Management, Diploma in Electrical Engineering as well as the real estate CEHA qualification. To keep himself updated, Nick is constantly upgrading himself through continuous training.
